GOD is a Person who has revealed Himself as a Trinity in unity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit--three Persons and yet but one God (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 1 Corinthians 8:6; Ephesians 4:4-6).

JESUS CHRIST is the image of the invisible God, which is to say, He is Himself very God; He took upon Him our nature, being conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary; He died upon the cross as a substitutionary sacrifice for the sin of the world; He arose from the dead in the body in which He was crucified; He ascended into heaven in that body glorified, where He is now our interceding High Priest; He will come again personally and visibly to set up His kingdom and to judge the quick and the dead (Colossians 1:15; Philippians 2:5-8; Matthew 1:18-25; 1 Peter 2:24-25; Luke 24; Hebrews 4:14-16; Acts 1:9-11; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18; Matthew 25:31-46; Revelation 20:11-15).

The HOLY SPIRIT is the third person of the trinity that is the manifestation of God in every believer, through whom we receive power to be God’s witnesses. (John 14:16-17; Acts 1:8)

The CHURCH is a unit of believers baptized by the Holy Spirit into one body; its mission is to witness concerning its Head, Jesus Christ, preaching the gospel among all nations (1 Corinthians 12:12-13; Matthew 28:19-20).

BAPTISM is a commandment for all believers as a symbol of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ our Lord (Colossians 2:11-13; I Peter 3:21).

The BIBLE, including both the Old and New Testaments is a divine revelation, which was inspired by the Holy Spirit (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21).

MAN was created in the image of God but fell into sin, and thus is lost; and except a man be born again he cannot see the kingdom of God. (Genesis 1:26-27; Romans 3:10 ,23; John 3:3).

SALVATION is by grace through faith in Christ who bore our sins on His body when He died on the cross (Acts 13:38-39; John 3:16; Matthew 25:46:1 Peter 2:24-25).

The LORD’S SUPPER is a commemerance of the breaking of Christ’s body and the shedding of His blood as He died to clean us from our sins. (I Corinthians
11:23-26)

Our Mission

As Abraham extended hospitality to the angels unaware at the great oaks of Mamr� (Genesis 18:1-16), we at Las Palmas de Mamr� extend hospitality to all who pass our way. We attend to both spiritual and physical needs of the people who live and travel along the river “roads.”

Our Vision

To raise up the Church of Jesus Christ in the river areas of Sarapiqui and San Juan; to send missionaries to do the same in unreached areas of the world y to places where no one else is going or wants to go.

El esp�ritu santo es la tercera persona del trinidad que es la manifestaci�n de Dios en cada creyente a trav�s de quien nosotros recibimos el poder para dar testimonio de Dios. (Juan 14:16-17; Hechos 1:8)

La IGLESIA es una unidad de creyentes bautizada por el Esp�ritu Santo en un solo cuerpo; y la misi�n del cuerpo es dar testimonio de la Cabeza, Jes�s Christ, y predicar el evangelio entre todas las naciones (1 Corintios 12:12-13; Mateo28:19-20).

El BAUTISMO es un mandato para todos los creyentes como un s�mbolo de la muerte, entierro y resurrecci�n de nuestro Se�or Jesucristo (Colosenses 2:11-13; yo Pedro 3:21).

La BIBLIA, incluyendo ambos Testamentos, Viejo y Nuevo es una revelaci�n divina que estaba inspirado por el Esp�ritu Santo (2 Timoteo3:16; 2 Pedro1:21).

Cuando Abraham extendi� la hospitalidad a los �ngeles desconocidos bajo los grandes robles de Mamr� (G�nesis 18:1-16), nosotros a Las Palmas de Mamr�
extendemos la hospitalidad a todos que pasan a nuestra lugar. Nosotros
asistimos a las necesidades, ambo espirituales y f�sicas de las personas que viven y viajan a lo largo del r�o a nuestro misi�n.

Nuestra Visi�n

Para levantar la Iglesia de Jesucristo en las �reas de los r�os Sarapiqui y San Juan; para enviar a misioneros a hacer el mismo trabajo en las �reas del mundo donde la palabra de Dios no ha llegado,asi como a los lugares d�nde nadie esta llegando o no quiere o puede ir.
